I'm not really sure how we passed the time driving across the country, but we did. There was no stopping for photos, only quick stops to eat. We spent the night at a campground on Lake Dardenelle, AR. It had air conditioned showers and flush toilets, but we arrived at dusk and left at sunrise, so we didn't enjoy the facilities or do any fishing. We arrived in ATL on Wednesday in time for a swim before dinner. Yay!
Looking at John's photos of the trip, we can see we have a new family member, Jim.. That is the name of our van.
